Business Hours: 1PM - 9PM, seven days a week. Note that these are Japanese local times, which are nine hours ahead of Universal Time.
Closed during Comic Market dates (usually one weekend in mid-August and another weekend in late December of each year, lasting two to three days each time), and the Japanese New Year's holidays (four days).
If you call us, please do not call in languages other than Japanese. Hardly anyone on our staff speaks any English at all, and other languages are out of the question.
