Order Form

Select the appropriate option from the choices listed below:

If you have a Comic Market Customer ID,

If you do not have a Comic Market Customer ID, use one of these:

1. Order by Fax (Order form is identical to regular order form)

2. Order by email using Provisional Order Form. If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will reserve them for you for 14 days. Please send the Customer ID Application to us by express airmail within that time.

3. Order by Email. We advise against this method if you do not have a Customer ID.

Check the table of shipping and handling costs. Prices shown on product listing pages do not include S&H. When ordering, be sure to estimate S&H based on the total weight of your purchases. Actual S&H costs will include weight of packaging as well as that of purchased items, which may lead to further increases in such costs. Authority for billing rests with Comic Market. Handling costs, packaging expenses, etc., are included with merchandise.
