Shipping and Handling:
- Please refer a table of shipping and handling costs for merchandise.
- We offer all available shipping methods for our customers to choose from UPS, Airmail (both regular and SAL), and sea mail. Choose your preferred shipping method, then read the table for that method.
- When the total amount (books total) goes over JPY 20,000.- we owe the airmail postage. If you prefer UPS, we ask the differencial only. (2004/4/4)

Please read the following items at least once before placing your order:
1. Payment Methods
- All transactions are normally processed by credit card. We accept MasterCard and VISA. Currently, we cannot accept other cards, though we will consider it if there is demand. We also accept money orders in US currency, but we ask that you avoid this method if at all possible. Refer to this section for details of payment by money order.
- All items are priced in US currency.
- When your order is received, we will contact the credit card company for authorization. Once we have confirmation of payment, we will ship your merchandise.

2. Applying for a Customer ID
- The first thing we will do is issue you a Customer ID. Buyers with Customer IDs need only send this ID number with their name and the products they wish to order via email (i. e., there is no need for them to send credit card numbers).
- To apply for a Customer ID, send your name, address, and credit card information by fax or snailmail. Do not send this information by email. According to the terms of our agreement with our credit card company, we require Customer ID registration in hardcopy form. Email requests for Customer IDs will not be accepted.
- At the end of this section is our Customer ID Application. Copy this form into a word processor document, fill it out, then either fax or print and mail it to us. We will email your Customer ID. This ID is non-transferable. Only the person who ordered it is authorized to use it.
- Click here if you wish to change the information associated with your Customer ID.
2.1. To place immediate orders
- If there is something you know you want, and you wish to order it without waiting, fill in the Provisional Order Form and email it to us, and either fax or snailmail the Customer ID Application at the same time. When we receive a Provisional Order Form, we will hold the order for a maximum of fourteen days in order to allow time for the Customer ID Application to arrive. If we do not receive the Application in that time, we will cancel your Provisional Order.
- Thus we ask that in such situations, please either fax your Application, or send it by express airmail. Please do not use surface (seamail). We also recommend that you not send your Application by email. We cannot be responsiblinformation what happens to personal information in that case.
2.2. If You Lose Your Customer ID

If you want to place order, please use the order form for those who has the customer id, leaving the id column as blank and mention you lost the number at the memo field. We can find you id by your name and/or email address.

3. Return Policy
We do not accept returns.
We deal in merchandise with certain special characteristics. Dojinshi are not like other products, in that one cannot purchase them anywhere, anytime, whenever one might want to do so. It is the same as with other periodicals. Prices also change depending on the condition of a given dojinshi. We ask for your consideration and understanding of these unique characteristics of dojinshi, and thus the fact that we do not accept returns.
There are, however, exceptions to this rule, which are outlined below:

- Errors in Delivery: if you receive something which was not on your order form or your order confirmation receipt, email :
us at once and tell us what happened.
- If the items you originally ordered are in stock, we will exchange them for the items which were delivered by mistake. Please return the mistaken items to us, and email us with the shipping and handling cost for doing so. We will reimburse you for shipping and handling costs involved with returning mistakenly delivered items. If we do not have the originally ordered items in stock, we will refund the purchase price of said items together with shipping and handling costs for returning mistakenly delivered items.
- If your order form and our confirmation receipt do not match up, and we are not informed before the merchandise is delivered, then we will assume that the confirmation receipt is in fact correct, and exchange requests will be refused.
- In order to prevent this from happening, we will wait four days from the time we send out your confirmation receipt before shipping your merchandise. If there are any mistakes in your confirmation receipt, email us at once.
- Customs Blocks Merchandise. If this happens, we will refund your money, less shipping and handling costs.
These are the only conditions under which we will accept returns.
Bear in mind that we deal with back issues, which, unlike new issues, cannot be acquired whenever and wherever you might like. Quantities are limited, and we cannot guarantee that we have sufficient inventory on hand.

4. Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations as a general rule.
There are two exceptions, however:
- You received a confirmation receipt for an order which you did not place.
- Within 3 days of receiving our confirmation receipt, you may cancel your order without penalty.
- If either of these cases, apply, please use this form to inform us at once.
- Once merchandise is sent, we will not accept returns, except as specified herein.

99. Residents of Japan
- We do not accept online orders from residents of Japan. Please contact our shop directly (in Japanese), or look for a domestic reseller. This site is intended for those who cannot purchase dohjinshi in any other way.
- Plans are in the works to expand this service to include domestic customers, but we cannot say at this time when such service will begin.
- Note that this is an experiment, and we will consider future additions if it proves successful.
